Ted Grossman (April 7, 1931) is a stunt actor. He portrays the FBI Man in The Goonies.
Life and career[]
Born on April 7, 1931 in Los Angeles, California as Theodore Montford Grossman, Grossman has acted and done stuntwork in a number of movies, including Conquest of the Planet of the Apes, The Godfather Part II, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Jaws and Jaws 2, Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Notably, many of these films were directed or produced by Steven Spielberg, the executive producer and co-writer for The Goonies.
Behind the scenes[]
According to Jeff Cohen, he broke character and called cut on filming to try and take a break from Cohen slapping him over and over in the Lighthouse Lounge's freezer.[1]
