Emil Yonis is a policeman who specifically works at the Clatsop County Jail, watching over the criminals held there.

The Prison Guard is an aging man with gray hair. He wears a blue police uniform, complete with hat.
Involvement[]
The Prison Guard calls out lunchtime for the inmates and lets them out of their cells. When he notices that one inmate in the back isn't coming out, he goes to investigate. He discovers Jake dead by suicide via hanging, and picks a note off his body. He reads it out loud and, before he can realize he's been duped, he is knocked out and left on the ground by Jake.
