Keith Walker (June 29, 1935 - December 30, 1996) was a Hollywood writer and actor who portrayed Irving Walsh in The Goonies.
Life and career[]
Born on June 29, 1935 in Highland Springs, Virginia as Keith Anthony Walker, he acted in a number of film and television roles, including The A-Team, Quincy M.E., Fantasy Island, and Mission: Impossible. Many of his roles involved him portraying a news reporter of some kind.
Walker also worked as a writer, notably the main writer for Free Willy, as well as writing twenty-five episodes of Rod Serling's radio show The Zero Hour.
He passed away on December 30, 1996 from complications to cancer; he was 61 when he died.
