Eric Briant Wells (April 30, 1965 - September 27, 2001) was an actor who portrayed Troy Perkins' brunette friend in The Goonies.
Life and career[]
Born on April 30, 1965, Wells was the son to the at-the-time The Walt Disney Company CEO, Frank Wells.
The Goonies was Wells' first movie role. He would later go on to star in movies such as Lethal Weapon 3, Live Wire, Fortress, Til the End of the Night, and Reptile 2001, which was his last acting role.
He passed away on September 27, 2001, and is buried next to his father[1]. He was 36 when he died.
