Charles McDaniel (August 28, 1930 - September 15, 1997) was an actor who portrayed Chunk's father in The Goonies.
Life and career[]
Born in New York on August 28, 1930, McDaniel grew to be an actor and writer. He was 55 when he played Chunk's dad in The Goonies.
He also appeared numerous other films, including 1997's Absolute Power and Conspiracy Theory.
He died on September 15, 1997, in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 67.
